Delay activate camera when swipe right in telegram APP in IOS

## Description

When I listen to music or play audio in the background, I often accidentally swipe right while using Telegram. This immediately activates the camera and pauses the audio playback.

## Expected

The camera should only activate when the swipe gesture is completed (fully swiped to the right), instead of triggering as soon as the swipe begins.
