chore({examples,integrations}): fix configs that break with the installed tool versions (#12491)

* chore(integrations/react/next-15): remove unsupported '--webpack' flag from 'dev' script

* chore(integrations/react/next-16): remove the 'eslint' option that Next.js 16 no longer supports from 'next.config.js'

* chore(examples/preact/simple): narrow 'include' in 'tsconfig.json' so 'tsc' skips 'dist'
