Hi, if there would be sufficient demand, I could run a small production. However for 2 units it's not really profitable. Would need to be at least 20.. I'll keep your request in mind for the future.
On the ESP, you could connect MQTT to eg. a nodeRED and then from there you could connect ti to home assistant.

I built the project recently and have a couple of spare pcbs that I ordered from pcbway. I'll send them inside germany if someone wants it. I can also share the list of components I purchased from an electronics shop.

Also I wrote a small esphome script for home assitant control. I can make a pull request for that if you're interested.

I am now busy on some other projects (https://github.com/Strooom/MuMo-V2-Node-PCB for HW and https://github.com/Strooom/STM32WLE5x-SX126X-LoRa for the related firmware), so I am not actively working on this SmartTherm project at this time.
Still, it's always nice to read that a maker, somewhere in the world, found your work useful and helpful.

Finished creating mine yesterday. Time to launch.
Got pcb from pcbway.com (had to get 5) very cheap as this was my first order.
Got all the components from tme.eu, but you can get those anywhere.

Instead of direct screw terminals from the family CTB0502-6, I suggest to use family KFG-2EDGV-5.08-6P + KFG-2EDGK-5.08-6P, as they can be easily plugged/unplugged without having to re-screw cables.
