NetworkModels have PTDF and MODF fields, which I'm guessing are pretty power-specific, and further than that also specific to PTDF network models. There is some nice symmetry to having NetworkModel in IOM along with DeviceModel and ServiceModel, but maybe some of it needs to be broken. NetworkModels take a type parameter currently, which could be a power network type, and maybe that's where the MODF/PTDF fields could be recovered from (defined in POM).
