Chat input field missing

I use Chrome and Opera latest versions. Both have the same issue.
When I open Twitch it loads the chat and for a second I i see the input field but after it is full loaded it dieappears and just whole chat is there. SO I can't write in chat at all.

i have similar issue, but my browser bumps up ram usage infinetely until chat box just crushes, even with new version of 7tv, emotes are loosing animations seconds after i opened selection window..

Edit: Memory issue wasnt from extension, it was my vivaldi browser itself updated in the same time as 7TV having memory leak

I have this same issue on all 4 of my browsers suddenly. I mainly use Firefox. This randomly happened to me an hour or 2 ago. Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Brave all have the same issue. The input chat box is completely hidden. When i disable 7tv and refresh, the input chat box reappears. When I enable 7tv, its gone. I also tried to delete the extension and install the "recommended" download version instead of the "stable" download version, neither work. Both have the issue of not showing the input chat box across all of my browsers, so i cannot type in chat at all with 7tv enabled. Just for clarification, the "hide input chat box" setting in 7tv settings is not enabled.

@DaFoci It might be a another similar issue but using the new version of 7tv fixed it for me, u might just need to use another emote platform (BetterTTV, FFZ, etc) until its fixed.

@MonishK70 yeah I'm using BetterTTV for the time being, thanks. I'm assuming they're aware of the issue since it seems I'm not the only one having a problem. I'll check back in to see if its fixed. They're probably working on it

so they force us to install a "new" version of their extension by breaking the old one? no thanks

Fixed in #1236.

If you don't have the update yet, we are currently waiting on approval from the extension stores before the new version rolls out to everyone.
