Performance didn't change after OptiRain installation

I don't know if I did everything correctly but RainMeter CPU usage still is the same as it was before I installed OptiRain.

I downloaded OptiRain then put it in some random folder cuz there were not any instrustions about localization to put the OptiRain in. I went into RainMeter checked full-screen games and additional process list and typed "OptiList.exe". I restarted RainMeter and opened the OptiRainv1.99c.exe, yet still CPU usage stayed the same.

Can you please help me?

Sorry for response lately, OptiRain optimize Rainmeter by hide Rainmeter skin when you are in a full-screen or maximized apps.
