[bug/issue] gmsh 2D not working correctly with viscous layer addition quasi structured mesh

Hello,
in the previous release, it had been mentioned that the gmsh 2D was working with the viscous layer addition hypothesis, for quasi structured mesh this is not the case.

here is an example using a disk:
