Problem
Right now there is a decided disconnect between what a teacher inputs into the workflow file and what is entered into Scalable Teaching.
This creates a bit room for typos, misscommunication between Teachers/TAs and other mistakes.
Scalable needs a way to implement a "Singe source of truth" for how the grading rubric i entered into the system.
Proposed solution
I propose to add a "Import jobs" into the Sub-task view. This function should go to the source repository and look for the .gitlab-ci.yml and then take all the jobs and makes them into subtasks. This would create a better link and fix the problem with typos.
