[Warning] ACS Self Employment Filter

Describe the warning

The self-employment portion of the employment estimates modules uses data from ACS Table B24080. This table provides two categories of self-employed workers.

1. Self-employed in own incorporated business workers
2. Self-employed in own not incorporated business workers

The first is excluded as it is assumed these are covered by the QCEW, but we need to confirm this either with the QA or Econ teams. See the queries in sql/employment.
