User profile sidebar doesn’t open from quoted message

Description:

Quoted messages show the author avatar/username, but clicking them doesn’t open the user profile sidebar. Normal message avatars work correctly.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Quote a message.
2. Click the quoted author avatar/username (quote chip or inline quote block).

Expected behavior:

User info sidebar opens for the quoted author.
