Source for E5 timeseries epimachinery fasta?

I've started using a fasta of epimachinery sequences (e.g., DNMTs, histone modifiers, etc.) provided in the E5 timeseries repo (timeseries_moluecular/D-Apul/data/Machinery/fasta), but I can't tell where it originally came from/how it was compiled. Does anyone know how it was sourced?

Already checked Steven's notebook, but only see post where it was used in anaylsis, with no sourcing details
