forgets "show all windows" setting and last opened folder after recent update

Since the latest update, the extension no longer remembers two settings between popup openings that worked correctly before the update:

1. The "show all windows" toggle resets every time the popup is opened.
2. The last opened/expanded folder is no longer remembered when reopening the popup.
