Book 1 Using Only Modules

I just wanted to show how I write C++. There are a few differences from "regular" code:

1. Everything must be an object inside a module.
2. Main can only contain one object: The program itself.
3. The program object must contain any other objects it needs as "member objects".

I'm open to any feedback or critiques.

Great! I've added an entry to the wiki implementations page.

Some things to consider:

1. I don't think you want to have your test output and build output committed to version control, and
2. You might want to move the module implementations and interfaces to the src/ directory.
