Biomes: Complete Biome Roadmap & Block Assignments

Comprehensive biome checklist with block assignments for each biome. Links to #138 for block implementation status.


📋 Overview

Each biome defines:

  • Surface blocks - Top and filler layers
  • Vegetation - Trees, flowers, grass
  • Special features - Unique structures or blocks
  • Climate - Temperature and humidity ranges

Checked biomes are already implemented.


🌊 Ocean Biomes

Deep Ocean

  • Implemented
  • Depth: 30+ blocks below sea level
  • Surface: gravel
  • Floor blocks: gravel, clay, sand
  • Vegetation: kelp, seagrass, tall_seagrass
  • Features: Ocean monuments, shipwrecks
  • Mobs: Squid, drowned, guardians
