[Feature] Implement SSL/TLS Certificate verification

Board is Seeed Xiao ESP32-S3

This is due to WifiClientSecure not being used along with trusted CA's.
I have tried solving this with root CA's from mozilla but this has alot of issues and is a future fix.

That this makes that specific board unusable is a sideeffect of this.
