Hi everyone,
I installed OpenNept4une on my Neptune 4 Pro and upgraded to an Eddy Duo probe running over USB. The printer is working without any major issues.
Here is the problem:
- I set the Z offset normally and do the paper test.
- I save the settings successfully.
- After that, I run a first layer test print.
- The first layer comes out rough / scratchy, so I adjust the Z offset again using babystepping during the print.
- I save the new offset.
At this point, the first layer looks correct. However, after rebooting the printer, the babystepped Z offset adjustment is lost and it returns to the previous value.
Is there an additional step required to permanently save babystepped Z offset values when using Eddy Duo over USB on OpenNept4une?
Thanks.
