Review use of request, concider got

To be honest, the [use of request](https://github.com/OpenDirective/brian/blob/master/functionApp/src/http.ts) to create promises is currently simple enough, but [got](https://www.npmjs.com/package/got) looks very appealing if extra features are required. It might be considerably small too.
