Retire RDF encoded metadata support in the OLFS. #224

Description

@ndp-opendap

We did a lot of RDF work as part of our Semantically Enabled WCS-1.0/WCS-1.1 project with Benno. But WCS-1.0 and WCS-1.1 never really got legs. Benno left this world, and we retired the WCS-1.x code base. Yet the server still produces links and RDF encoded metadata.

  • I think we should rip it out.
  • There are zero tests which isn't much of an acusation in the OLFS, but it is true.
  • We have so much code that gets carried along but never really used.
  • I claim that the only users of our RDF are crawl bots that just hoover it up because there's a link on the HTML navigation (contents.html) pages.
