Function descriptions in system prompt

hey, I'm new to SkyRL, One thing that's not clear for me in skyrl-train is, when we use a tool, how the tool descriptions are added to the system prompt! Are we supposed to do this ourselves when preparing the dataset? Because for now I don't see anywhere that tools descriptions are passed to apply_chat_template
