Thanks! This is clean and has been added to the manifest — approving and closing. Only minor, optional robustness suggestions:

• Guard the mod-disabled handler with the same in-flight flag used for uninstall, to avoid overlapping purge/redeploy cycles.
• A mixed archive containing both .pak and .sav currently gets the save mod-type applied to everything, mistyping the .pak files — consider splitting or rejecting mixed archives.
