• downloadPatch's GAME_VERSION === 'steam' guard never fires because GAME_VERSION is never assigned — wire it up or remove it.
• isFrostyInstalled's disk fallback checks {game}/NeedForSpeedUnbound/ but Frosty installs under {game}/FrostyModManager/ — use the right folder constant.
