Intent to participate

I'll try and participate! Plan is to generalize the (now defunct) twitter bots in the repo here https://github.com/jeremycg/markov-bot/ to make a poem from a poets corpus.

Goals:

1. Convert current code to do a poem
2. Run it as an Aws lambda function
3. Convert the code to rust from python
4. Resurrect the old bots on the new set up
