'https://api-inference.huggingface.co' is now invalid. Please change const URL_BASE in HuggingFace.API.pas to 'https://router.huggingface.co/hf-inference'. It works for me.

Thank you for the report.

I did notice this URL change on Hugging Face’s side a little over two weeks ago. Since their offering has also evolved, a complete update of the wrapper is planned for February 2026, once the update of the Anthropic Claude wrapper is completed.
