Combine server setup into Plex and Jellyfin tabs, align library branding, and disable discovery actions for saved server identities. Simplify connection labels and keep disabled buttons readable in light mode. Use the API-key-compatible item collection endpoint for Jellyfin theme updates and cover missing items, alternate discovery addresses, and paused servers.

Description
This PR will add support for other media servers, starting with Jellyfin. This will allow archiving Themerr-jellyfin, and ultimately we will rename this repo to Themerr.
