Add missnig mod descriptions and author links to the visible mod card

Problem / Motivation

CSLoL has the mod's description displayed and author's links clickable on the visible mod card, without expanding the mod's information panel, this feature is missing from LTK Manager.

Proposed Solution

I made a quick image of what it could look like:
the house & heart boxes are links to click the links included, and there could also be some detection here, so if the link is a patreon, flip the house/heart to a patreon icon.

I don't think it makes sense to show the description in the actual mod card since it would make the UI too cluttered and most people wouldn't even be able to read it. There is also no standard for legacy (current and previous) mods in descriptions, some ppl might use it for the README etc...

The link icons could work but I'm not a big fan
