Is the project dead?

I have just discovered your website, but I see that you haven't added new news for a long time... Is the project dead?

I was working on some updates for the website and backend.
Problem is as always, people get busy and as a result plenty of things end up taking a back seat.
But as it stands the project is as you could say on hold as far as i know.

The project at the moment is on hold, but it's not dead. We all still have the passion to continue it in the future.

The reason why I decided to put it on hold, is due to a couple of reasons.

1. The main people who went through each article and checking/following the legal issues in regards to privacy takes a fair amount of time. Sadly, we all have full time jobs.
2. This one isn't so important, but it would have helped so much, and that's funding. Personally I was wishing, the amount of people who use our site, would have be willing to donate $1 a month(We had a open collective to keep it transparent), or something. With them donations, we could have hired people to write truly independent articles and to also follow the privacy chaos for Latest Privacy etc. One can only wish :(

I have to say, truly thank you for reaching out, it does indeed mean a lot, not just for me, but the team too. Thanks.
