Feature Request: add version.py, sync releases

Dear MhcNuggets Maintainers,
Thank you for providing this great prediction tool.

Would it be possible to add a version.py and/or a CLI version flag to easily access the version number of the tool?
Additionally could you sync the pypi releases with GitHub releases?
