strict parser update

nextflow 26 was [released](https://github.com/nextflow-io/nextflow/releases), tests fail due to strict syntax requirement. pipeline needs refactoring to adhere to the new requirements strictly, meanwhile the strict parser is disabled in https://github.com/KarchinLab/TCRtoolkit/commit/f8900252760bcdfca42a1fda65476fad0482248a
