Missing dependencide in makefile

Hi Liam,

We are testing the version 1.4.0 of SO in differents scenarios.
The problem is when changing a DSPF, the dependent program are well in the impact report but not in the generated makefile...

Also, what command did you use to generate the makefile?

here are the commands:

so -bf imd -f `git diff --name-only origin/development feature/testCompile` -ip --verbose
so -bf make -f `git diff --name-only origin/development feature/testCompile` -ip --verbose

Seems that the difference is when add / remove the -wp option
