Are platform fees applicable on Offline Payments?

I have a question regarding the platform fees (using Hi Events Cloud). In our case, tickets are sold exclusively via bank transfer, so I'm wondering how the platform fees are handled in this situation.

Are bank transfers exempt when using bank transfers?
