Snow particle effects broken in FP and CCW

Snow particle effects appear as shown. Some camera angles show them normally, but other angles don't.

#330 says it would fix this and it's now merged. So can this be closed now?

Yes, there are numerous ones that could be closed, it just doesn't happen automatically because develop-splitrock isn't the default branch on the repo. We'll make a sweep as we get ready for Charlie.

Fair enough. There are others that could be closed by the same logic, but I won't mention them all. At least there aren't all that many issues compared to SoH or 2S2H.
