Feature Request: Architect's Wand Orientation Locking

For parity with Extra Utilities, when looking at the sides of a block, the Architect's Wand should extend only in the horizontal axis if the player is sneaking and should extend only in the vertical axis if the player is holding control.

The control for this does not necessarily need to be Sneak/Ctrl, but we should have some match for this functionality.
