Update Manual Control Code

**Problem: **

Our manual arm control was written at comp and isn't the best solution to our issue of manual arm control. We want to refactor the existing code to fit our style guidelines, and code it in a way that is easy to understand.

**What needs to happen: **

Refactor the existing manual arm control
Change the up and down from using two buttons to using the sliders
