Please explain the naming scheme in the README #26

Description

The README of this project refers to:

  • "2.0.0.PL-1.2.0" for terpal-sql-jdbc
  • "2.2.0-2.0.0.PL" for the terpal Gradle plugin

But I only find terpal-sql-jdbc version 2.0.0-0.3.1 in Maven:

https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/io.exoquery/terpal-sql-jdbc

How does the versioning scheme work?

I guess the first bit of the terpal Gradle plugin (2.2.0 from "2.2.0-2.0.0.PL") should line up with the Kotlin version or the kotXserialization version.

But what about the terpal-sql-jdbc version numbers? And why is the version I use not showing up in mvnrepository.com?
