Possibility to edit the team not just browse CAR file

This one came from THIS POST on forum forum thread raised by Playa.
It's rather a complex topic that may be open for some time.

Some pre-requisites:

• Add menu items/options to edit CAR files
• Script to get data and convert to XML.
• Get teams' data from swos/DATA directory (convert to XML)

Things that could be changed:

• Edit player details (name, skills etc.) #5
• Change club budget #6
• Add player to squad #8

Cancelled here as not valid for team edit.
