Plot firing rates during ITIs

This will help us assess a good baselining period for freely-moving tasks that might have lots of activity during the ITI

• Could we take baseline from low motion index periods?
• or when nose is visible but stationary?
• Or perhaps taking the average of the ITI is fine - can we justify that as the baseline? This will help

We have to ensure any baselines we use make sense and fairly represent any firing rate changes

• 8 sec around LED on, allows vis. of ITI activity vs trial activity across units.

For posterity: we discussed this and decided we should just try to avoid baselining if possible, using analyses that don't require it. We can always revisit if needed.
