Add functional tests for demo and staging server

A functional test, or tests, should be setup to start testing the demo and staging servers to develop a user story and make sure that all front end functions are working as expected. Selenium should be used to call up each page and select different links.

I submitted pull request #81 but can you please check to see if the class needs to be skipped by pytest? I ran pytest after my pull request and noticed that it's giving a false failure because the server wasn't running.
