Add basic tests

Some basic tests, even if only HTML pages that demonstrate embedding some code in various environments (browser globals, RequireJS, etc.) would be helpful in troubleshooting.

I have added the first basic test, a simple test/globals.html file (see commit 7044640. We should add at least an amd.html file, then look at unit tests later.
