[BUG] winget CLI reports packages to be upgraded but not UniGetUI

When I run winget list upgrade-available some packages are listed but they are not shown in the UnitGetUI UI

I can also confirm the issue. No updates show up in UnigetUI, but show up in the output from Winget upgrade command. Ironically, once the updates show up in the powershell window, they then show up in UnigetUI once refreshed. This was not an issue with the prior 3.3.7 version

Update: Upon further inspection, when you first open the app and it checks for app updates, nothing appears, but if you refresh it in the app again, it then works. Additionally, if you leave the app running in the background, the automatic checks that the app runs do yield updates. It seems that its just the initial launch check that seems to not work correctly.

Thank you for the update. I just received the new build. Will need to wait a day or so for new app updates to become available before I will know for sure. Will advise when possible.
