Executing one test file with `dekick test`

I need to have the possibility to execute only one file with tests when using dekick test. The syntax could look like dekick test --path path/to/file.test.ts or something of that sort. Also, it would be great if I could execute only one it test that begins at line n.

The syntax could be the same as for yarn test - you simple pass the path the the file as the next arg - yarn test path/to/file.ts, so we could have dekick test path/to/file.ts.

When it comes to running a single test from a file, you can do this by disabling other tests using it.skip.
