Filter label positioning and text during load

Describe the bug

When selecting dates for the filter and confirming to filter, the previous known dates are getting display again until the new data is loaded.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set filter labels to dates
2. Click on filter and confirm
3. See that previous positions and labels are getting shown

Expected behavior

Newly selected labels and positions should be kept during loading / after confirming to filter.
