Feature Request: Run a script when song plays

Hello,

Lovely project! I would love to move our stations to it (we are currently running a custom app for song selection, liquidsoap, and icecast.
The external song command feature for AutoDJ is perfect and in that same realm I wanted to know if you would consider adding an external command when a station is playing a track.

This will be used for integrating the TuneIn AIR API (link). But this could be useful for other things too (discord webhooks, etc).
