Commit Files to tortoise SVN

Hi,
I'm facing an issue in check-in/commit the code into SVN Repository, Kindly help me with this issue.

Issue.:
I want a file to be checked-in to SVN repository with the last modified not the current date of check-in.
Example : If a file is last modified in Sept,2014, while committing it should show the same date rather than today's date.

Is is possible to do that, if Yes. please help me with the steps.
