Scroll direction reversal in per-app exceptions does not work #963

Description

@gyeommm

Summary | 摘要

Scroll direction reversal in per-app exceptions does not work for any application. Other per-app settings (smooth scrolling, scroll speed) function correctly — only the reverse scroll direction option has no effect.

Steps to Reproduce | 如何重现

  1. Open Mos preferences → Exceptions tab
  2. Add any app (e.g. Safari) and enable "Reverse Scroll" for that app
  3. Switch to that app and scroll with the mouse wheel

Expected Behavior | 期望结果

Scroll direction should be reversed only within the specified app.

Actual Behavior | 实际结果

Scroll direction is not reversed. The per-app exception setting for reverse scroll has no effect. Smooth scrolling and scroll speed exceptions work as expected in the same app — only the reverse scroll direction is broken.

Additional Context | 额外说明

The issue is not app-specific — it was reproduced on Safari and several other apps. Smooth scrolling and speed adjustments in per-app exceptions still work correctly; only reverse scroll direction is affected.
