Add 5 Ondo test tokens (t-BINCon, t-IAUon, t-IEMGon, t-IBITon, t-IVVon) on both ETH and BSC mainnet with gated onboarding. Also add testnet tokens (tbaseeth:ttbills, tavaxc:tkula) and WEEK token on Arbitrum mainnet. All with OFC equivalents. Ticket: CSHLD-756
