RareScanner skin issue

When using the skin for RareScanner, the [x] close button doesn't work well, it looks like it's the interactive area is not where the visual marker is.

I have noticed that too. The X close button has a rather small "hot area".
Has to do with how ElvUI skin function applies that (NOPE).
Not skinning the Close button will look awful. Good thing is that the whole frame is a button, that closes by right clicking anywhere on the frame.

I tried raising the button strata level with no success.
Moving it a bit and set a size of 30 did the job. Probably was messing with the mouseover highlight, not sure.
Please test the dev version and let me know.
