@martinesparza Working on a session that has a npx 1.0 as imec0 and a npx 2.0 as imec1. The pipeline ran perfectly for imec0 but when reaching imec1 there is an error
Error on pipeline/kilosort.py:47 in _read_probe_type
ValueError: Probe type not recognised. It appears to be different from Npx 1.0 or 2.0
The issue is that there are multiple codes of probe_type_val for Npx 2.0
Type {21,2003,2004} (NP 2.0, single multiplexed shank)
Type {24,2013,2014} (NP 2.0, 4-shank)
The one I'm trying to run is 2013
