Support for arbitrary input

Tasks:

• add option in backend to receive arbitrary inputs
• add settings support in front end to pick which inputs are used (eg. sound, cpu usage, notifications, etc)
• add settings support to import 3d scenes
• add settings support to pick which inputs control which aspects of the 3d scene (lights, position/rot/scale, textures)
