Update the PDF Tutorial

The current tutorial is vastly outdated in some areas:

• Screenshots
• Buildsystem
• URLs
• List of developers
• List of publications

We should update this as soon as we have the new infrastructure in place.

I have removed the vastly outdated build instructions (including all remaining outdated URLs) from the document (a9daa6f). Build instructions will be kept up-to-date online.
