Deployment Output

First of all, thanks for creating this action! Far better than hacking together PowerShell scripts for deployment.

I'v read through the documentation and understand that the validation and what-if deployment types would generate and that there is also the general Bicep outputs available.

I'm looking for an actual deployment of resources to show the output thereof once the deployment is complete, preferably with an option to redirect this to the workflow summary output.

Is this possible?

Currently, the output for the deployment is an object with the following, where outputs are the defined Bicep outputs.

outcome: success,
conclusion: success
}
Is there something that you are trying to accomplish that can't be achieved with the current setup?

I am assuming he means something like this, where the WhatIf output can be sent to the GitHub summary, to remove the need to dig into the job and see the results

Since @cuanl-cd didn't reply I'll add my take:

It seems related to #155 in the sense that it mentions the result of the what-if operation. In that case, it's not the same as the proposed by @tsmallig33 because we are not talking about the bicep output generated after the deployment, the the what-if result as a stand-alone output (in this case, before the deployment).
